Empowerment

The Empowerment Program is designed to equip factory workers with knowledge and understanding, empowering them to overcome obstacles, stand on their own, and become a positive influence in society—while helping them avoid a life of abuse and exploitation.

HCW provides the following confidence-building services to help factory workers receive psychological, emotional and academic support in order to help strengthen their confidence.

COUNSELLING

This service is offered to factory workers who need guidance and support in finding solutions to their problems.

HOME VISIT

Build relationship through room visit by getting to know each other, establishing trust, providing support and care during crises.

LIFE SKILLS

These short courses are designed to help garment workers develop their skills, build self-awareness, courage and confidence, learn how to solve everyday problems, set personal goals, and improve their quality life.

JOB TRAINING

 This service is offered to factory workers who need guidance and support in finding solutions to their problems.

MENTORING

This service supports students by providing guidance and encouragement in their studies.
